PalSamaj.org exists to unite, uplift, and empower our samaj across India and the global diaspora. These Terms & Community Policy explain how the platform is run, what membership means, and the simple rules that keep our community safe and respectful.

🧩 1. Membership
- Membership is 100% free and open to members and well-wishers of the Pal / Gadariya / Baghel / Dhangar samaj, and anyone who supports our mission.
- You must provide accurate information (name and a valid email) when registering.
- Your email is your login; keep your password secure (minimum 8 characters, one capital letter, one number).
- One person, one account — no duplicates or impersonation.
- Membership does not grant any ownership, governance rights, or decision-making authority over PalSamaj.org.
🤝 2. Community Code of Conduct
To keep PalSamaj.org safe, welcoming, and respectful, all members agree to:
- Treat every member with dignity, regardless of region, sub-community, gender, or beliefs.
- Avoid hateful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, casteist, or discriminatory content.
- Not engage in spam, scams, fraud, false job/scholarship offers, or solicit money under false pretenses.
- Not share private information without consent.
- Honour our shared culture and icons, including Rajmata Ahilyabai Holkar.
📸 3. Member Content & Photos
Members may share community news, event photos, and updates. By posting, you confirm:
- You have the right to share the content.
- You grant PalSamaj.org permission to display it on the platform and official social channels.
- Content may be reviewed before appearing publicly, and may be declined or removed at our discretion.
🎓 4. Jobs, Scholarships & Guidance
- We share opportunities in good faith to help our members.
- PalSamaj.org is not an employer, recruitment agency, or immigration adviser.
- We do not guarantee any job, visa, admission, or outcome.
- Guidance is free — never pay anyone claiming to represent us.
🔐 5. Privacy
- We collect the information you provide at signup (name, email, and optionally phone, city, country) to run the community and keep you informed.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We use your email for community updates, event news, and important notices.
- You may opt out anytime.
- Reasonable security measures are taken, but no online platform can guarantee absolute protection.
- Photographs. Photos you submit are reviewed before publication. Only submit photos you have the right to share, and where everyone shown (or their parent or guardian, if they are under 18) is happy to appear on a public website.
- Who can see your details. Your contact details are never shown publicly and there is no public member directory. Only site administrators can see them.
- Cookies. We use only the cookies WordPress needs to keep you logged in and keep forms secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics, we will say so on this page first.
- How long we keep your information. We keep your membership details for as long as you are a member. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your personal details within 30 days, apart from anything we are required to keep by law.
- Your rights. You may ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your membership. Email info@palsamaj.org and we will action it within 30 days, free of charge. Members in the UK and EU have these rights under GDPR; we extend the same rights to every member wherever they live.
- Children. Membership is intended for adults. A parent or guardian should register on behalf of anyone under 18, and we will remove a child’s details on request.
- Where your data is held. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and email is sent through our own mailbox at info@palsamaj.org. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
- Questions or complaints. Write to info@palsamaj.org. PalSamaj.org is run by Sarvesh Pal, founder, and he answers these personally.
⚙️ 6. Platform Availability & No Professional Advice
PalSamaj.org is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or continuous availability.
Information shared is for general guidance only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or immigration advice.

- We may revise these terms as PalSamaj.org grows.
- Updates may be posted on this page without individual notice.
- Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
- Members are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
👑 8. Ownership & Governance
PalSamaj.org is founded and owned solely by Sarvesh Pal. All other roles are voluntary and advisory.
All intellectual property, branding, content, and platform rights remain solely with the founder.
⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PalSamaj.org is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- loss of data,
- loss of opportunity,
- or harm arising from use of the platform or reliance on information shared.
🌍 10. Governing Law
These Terms & Community Policy are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Cayman Islands. Users agree that PalSamaj.org, its founder, and its volunteers cannot be held liable for any claims, expectations, or outcomes arising from use of the platform.
