No awards have been made yet. When the first are, every recipient who consents will be named here — with what they studied and where they went.
The Pal Samaj Scholarship fund is being built now. We intend to make our first awards in 2027, once the Executive Committee is seated and there is real money to give. We will not hold an award ceremony before there is an award.
What will appear here, and what will not
What we will publish
Name, town, course of study and the institution — for every recipient who gives permission. Plus the total awarded each year.
What we will never publish
Any detail of a family’s financial circumstances. Need is assessed privately and stays private, permanently.
What members receive
A full accounting of the fund each year — what came in, what went out, and to how many students.
This page gets written by donors and volunteers
There is no shortcut. The fund grows when our own families contribute, and the first name on this page depends on that.
