Pal Samaj is built entirely by volunteers, for our community — the Dhangar shepherd-heritage families scattered from India to Australia, Canada, Europe, and beyond. No one draws a salary here. Every guide you read, every event we plan, every rupee in the scholarship fund exists because someone decided to give a little of their time, or a little of their money, to make it happen.

18 country guides and counting — researched, sourced, and kept honest, so our members do not have to rely on recruiters or rumours to find real opportunity abroad.
A scholarship fund for our children
We are building toward our first scholarships, aimed at bright students who have the ability but not the few thousand rupees that stand between them and their next school year.

Why we are asking
Keeping a site like this alive — researching guides, hosting the site, running events, and building the scholarship fund — costs real money and real time, and right now it is carried entirely by a handful of people. We are not asking for much: even ₹2,000, or whatever you can comfortably give, goes directly toward keeping PalSamaj.org running and building the scholarship fund for our children. If a modest number of families each gave what they could this year, that alone would move us meaningfully closer to our first scholarships.
How to support us
We have kept this simple and personal, on purpose. Reach out to us directly and we will share how to contribute, answer any questions you have, and, if you would like, help guide you personally through anything else on your mind — a job abroad, the scholarship program, or just getting more involved in the community.
