Twelve seats. Earned, not given.
The Executive Committee is the twelve members running Pal Samaj day to day — bringing families in, speaking for us, and showing up when the samaj needs them.
No seats are filled yet. The Executive Committee is not an honour handed to friends — it is held by whoever is actually doing the work for the samaj, and it is reviewed openly every six months. Every rule below was published before the first seat was filled.
The twelve seats
Ranked by contribution over the current term. As each member is seated, their photo, introduction and social links appear here in place of the empty card.

How the Committee works
Published in advance, so nothing about it is ever a surprise.
How a seat is earned
Every member is eligible — no application fee, no donation, no invitation required. The twelve members who contribute most during a term hold the twelve seats.
How long a term lasts
One term is six months — January to June, and July to December. Seats are reviewed together and standings published to members.
How a seat is kept
Keep contributing and the seat carries into the next term. There is no limit on terms — the people doing the most simply keep going.
How a seat passes on
If someone falls out of the top twelve, their term ends and the seat goes to the next member on the standings. A rotation, not a punishment.
Notice before any change
Nobody is removed without warning. Standings are shared six weeks before each review, so anyone slipping has time to respond.
Nothing is ever erased
Everyone who has held a seat stays permanently on the roll of honour below, with the terms they served.
What counts as contribution
The same scale for everyone, published now and fixed for the whole term.
A family registers through you
Verified through your referral link or code. The one that matters most — the samaj grows family by family.
Sharing on your platform
A post, reel or video about PalSamaj.org on your page or channel.
Organising or helping at an event
A local meetup, a sammelan, or a community programme.
Working-team participation
Turning up and finishing the task you took on.
Helping a family directly
Scholarship guidance, job help, or welfare support for a family that needed it.
The term calendar
Two terms a year. Dates are fixed now, so no review can ever be moved to suit anyone.
Founding Term
Aug – Dec 2026. A short opening term. The first committee is seated now and reviewed on 31 December 2026.
Term II
Jan – Jun 2027. First full six-month term. Standings published to members in June.
Term III
Jul – Dec 2027. Reviewed at the end of December, alongside the Sammelan year.
Roll of honour
Once you have held a seat, your name stays here permanently — whichever terms you served. No term has ended yet, so this roll begins after the first review on 31 December 2026.
Should one of these seats be yours?
If you are already speaking to our community — through a page, a channel, or simply by being the person everyone calls — tell us. All we need is a photo and two lines about yourself. Free, always: seats are never sold and never given for a donation.
